This gift voucher features a unique reference code and may only be redeemed once. It cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. The monetary value of the gift voucher must be redeemed on one visit. Any remaining cash value is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A gift voucher cannot be used within 72 hours of purchasing. Advance booking is required and the unique voucher reference code must be quoted at the time of booking. Please present your gift voucher upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will render the voucher null & void. Please note: The Arkle Bar and Lounge and Arkle restaurant are unsuitable for children and therefore children over the age of 12 are welcome. Your experience may be redeemed subject to availability and at the discretion of The Chester Grosvenor. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on special event dates to include Chester Race dates, Valentine’s and New Year’s Eve unless otherwise stated. During December afternoon tea service is limited to Indulgent Afternoon Tea Service (supplements may apply).
