Weekend Spa Day

This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code and may only be redeemed once. It may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. The monetary value of the gift voucher must be redeemed on one visit. Any remaining cash value is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. A gift voucher cannot be used within 72 hours of purchasing. Advance booking is required, and the unique reference ID must be quoted at the time of booking. Please present your gift voucher upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours’ notice will render the voucher null and void. Important note: To use the spa, guests must be aged 16 or over, guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please advise of any pre-existing medical conditions, recent surgery, or pregnancy at the time of booking, please also advise of any recent cosmetic procedures, including fillers and anti-wrinkle injections. Your experience may be redeemed subject to availability and at the discretion of The Chester Grosvenor.
